Cucina A Sud

Cucina a Sud è un settimanale fondato nel 2018 che racconta il Mezzogiorno dentro il Mezzogiorno partendo dai sapori e gli odori che ancora resistono nelle case dove si cucina con passione.

E’ il primo e unico settimanale specializzato in cucina pensato e stampato a Sud di Roma.

Ma è soprattutto lo strumento per dare la voce ai prodotti di una terra fantastica e ricca, da quelli universali come la pizza, la pasta e la mozzarella a quelli meno conosciuto ma altrettanto buoni.

Raccontiamo il Sud della grandi città e dei piccoli borghi, del mare e della collina, delle pianure e delle montagne dove gli animali pascolano ancora in libertà.

Vi proponiamo le ricette. Quelle della tradizione che sono alla base della Dieta Mediterranea e le creazioni dei giovani cuochi di uno territori più “stellati” al Mondo che hanno fatto grande una cucina imponendola a tutto il mondo perché moderna nelle forme e nei contenuti.

Una redazione giovane ed entusiasta, affiancata da decine di cuochi e foodblogger con la passione della cucina. Tanta la voglia di scoprire e di raccontare un territorio straordinario a chi ci abita, a chi non lo conosce e ai tanti che sono stati costretti ad andarsene in giro per l’Italia e per il mondo.

Non sogniamo il ritorno al passato ma vogliamo conservarlo, non siamo campanilisti ma abbiamo l’orgoglio di raccontare le nostre terre, le storie dei ragazzi che sono tornati in campagna da dove i loro genitori erano fuggiti perché si vergognavano. Raccontiamo le eccellenze dei nostri prodotti, dai formaggi ai legumi, dall’ortofrutta ai vini, dall’olio d’oliva extravergine che qui ha la sua vocazione naturale alla creatività della pasta.

Siamo la terra degli unici due beni immateriali riconosciuti dall’Unesco, l’arte del pizzaiolo napoletano e la dieta mediterranea.

Cucina a Sud is a weekly magazine founded in 2018 that tells the story of the South within the South starting from the flavors and smells that still endure in the houses where you cook with passion.

It is the first and only weekly specialized in cooking designed and printed in the south of Rome.

But it is above all the tool to give voice to the products of a fantastic and rich land, from universal ones such as pizza, pasta and mozzarella to the less known but equally good ones.

We offer you recipes. Those of the tradition that are the basis of the Mediterranean Diet and the creations of the young chefs of one of the most "starred" territories in the world who have made a great cuisine by imposing it on the whole world because it is modern in form and content.

A young and enthusiastic editorial team, supported by dozens of chefs and foodbloggers with a passion for cooking. So much the desire to discover and tell an extraordinary territory to those who live there, to those who do not know it and to the many who have been forced to go around Italy and the world.

We do not dream of returning to the past but we want to preserve it, we are not parochialists but we have the pride of telling our lands, the stories of the boys who returned to the countryside from where their parents had fled because they were ashamed. We tell the excellence of our products, from cheeses to legumes, from fruit and vegetables to wines, from extra virgin olive oil which here has its natural vocation for pasta creativity.

We are the land of the only two intangible assets recognized by UNESCO, the art of the Neapolitan pizza maker and the Mediterranean diet.
